Positions are Temporary.

It is important that leadership is not defined by what your title is or what badge you have but how people feel after working with you. People won't remember your leadership description but will remember how you treated them.

Too many people chase: Status/Roles, recognition, and promotions

But Titles/roles, they fade. Do you know what lasts?

The way you listened

The way you gave credit

The way you led under pressure.

Real leaders exhibit kindness even when they don't have to be kind, make time when it's inconvenient, and uplift others without needing a spotlight.

 Your role might change, but your impact is forever. 

Leaving people better than how you found them is true leadership.
