Role Title Clarification: Group Mod vs. Support Session Leader vs. Team Member
Just a quick reminder and clarification about role titles in our SC Leaderboards.
Chatroom Moderator: Someone who is trained to moderate the room in the subcommunity but does not lead weekly support sessions or discussions
Support Session Leader: A trained moderator who leads weekly discussions or sessions in the room
*The above roles give access to moderation tools in the cooresponding SC rooms. Do not list someone in either of these roles if they are not a trained group moderator for the team.*
Members or Listeners who are not mods are allowed to lead sessions or discussions only if a moderator is coleading or present in the room for the entirety of the session. The appropriate role to list them as on SC Leaderboards is 'Team Member.'
