Something that has made me laugh or smile recently is listening to my children play with their friends. Kids say such goofy things and it is really infectious hearing them laugh.😄

Beauti-Sun! So true! It was I think April 1st this year when I went to my parents' house to prepare Easter eggs with my nephew and niece (ages 6&half and 4 yrs). I think it was later at supper time, when my niece just started giggling away. Yup - for no apparent reason.
I LOVE!!! how laughter is contagious. I do not remember what she thought was funny (or if there was anything as a laughter starter at all!), but the rest of us all ended up laughing with her ... simply because it was SO funny to have her truly laughing for ?just because! Awh, yes little kids laugh tons tons :) We adults need to join in with them; a whole lot more, I think! Laughter is a very healthy exercise, you know. (Removes teacher hat) (Replaces student hat) and then laughs for no apparent reason (SMILE!) <3 BooksHugs hehe ;)

I know rightttt, I feel, as we grow up we start taking life and related too seriously oof, but true joy is certainly in the little moments where our heart feels content and smiley(?), I love how children don't need no reasons to smile, giggle, laugh, spread cheerful vibes around --- they simple are being themselves, in their "element" - being happy and joyful as ever ~ andddd so agreed haha, that laugh is contagious. 😄

Well, there are many songs that are my favourites, however the most recent one 'Stay Alive' by Jungkook (Prod. by SUGA) is On Repeat on Spotify. So i guess, it would be that one. My other favourites include 'Your Eyes Tell', 'Lost', 'PTD', 'DOPE', 'Boy With Luv' and so many more.

Something very funny happened today afternoon. My dad has this behaviour of waking everyone in the house in a very loud voice (because of which almost all my mornings are grumpy). So, today, I and my mom thought of doing something similar to him. While he was taking his much needed afternoon nap that was meant for half an hour but got extended to 3 hours, we thought of waking him up with a song that he hates😂😂😂. So, we selected the song and played it with "maximum" volume and brought it to the room he was sleeping. That reaction on his face😂😂😂 My mom and I had a very good laugh🤣

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou - My SST, of course! My Silent Squirrel Tracker is the canine type. She is very good at helping me to smile every day. She is sometimes so silly and just plain very cute and deserves a kiss for just being her awesome self.
We went for a short walk in the rain today (this morning) and we both got pretty wet! She doesn't seem to mind being wet, and is learning to like! being dried with "her" towel. I think it might feel like a massage a bit :) Okay long answer, but I love my SST and anytime I can tell y'all about her = good. It makes me feel happy to talk(type) about her and her silliness or smartness or just lovely doggy-ness :D ((Puppy love to all who read this!)) ((and hugs from me!)) <3 BooksHugs

Laughter is healthy for you, you know? :) Physically, I'm not sure the science of how hard one 'must' laugh ... but ... Laughter is exercise! It is good for your diaphragm, your breathing, your physical body. Laughter is also good for you emotionally (umm, duh?) No, I mean like psychologically. Laughter releases endorphins into your body - the serotonin, and other neurotransmitters that literally help you to feel better - a mood boost! If you need a few nearly guaranteed to make you laugh clips, videos, I've got some. Definitely willing to share!
