Academy Leadership Meeting March 2023
Hi everyone! I hope you all are doing well. It is time for our monthly leadership meeting. These academy leadership meetings are a great opportunity for all of us to gather and connect with each other. It helps us better understand each other and we get to brainstorm ways to improve academy leadership and trainee experience

Leadership styles (We will discuss our leadership styles with the help of a quiz)
Academy leadership experience (Ups and downs)
Recommendations/suggestions for forum based activities
Last month we hosted a teen leadership academy meeting but it was attended only by adult-teen listeners so this month we will stick to meeting for adults. Teens are welcome to message me with any feedback/concerns they have. Once we have a few more teen leaders, we will host the meetings for teens. If you are a teen leader who wishes to host a teen leadership meeting, please do reach out to me.
