i really love coffee, but I'm anemic and I have anxiety disorder so, yikes. I prefer tea though, it has so many health benefits, plus there's this tea that smell and taste like coffee, roasted dandelion 😋 so I guess that's two in one!

Depends on the mood most of the time a coffee is my go to to perk me up ,but on a rare occasion agreat pot of tea to relax.

Between coffee and tea. It's tea 100%! I accidentally drank some of my husband's coffee once and immediately spit it out. It tasted so awful to me. I'll stick with tea thank you. Though I'd much prefer Chai or Coco for the sweeter side.
