I did give my presentation today. It went really well. But I was literally shaking due to my bad anxiety but I kept the things in mind about how to give presentation like taking pauses, making eye contacts with audience and all. But my teacher really praised me like for two three because I spoke well. So I am happyyyyyyyy 💖🌻

7 cups is the big thing for me and my situation. I believe it will get me moving forward and out of my denial that I am sunk into and my fear of being without a partner and starting over from scratch. It's a pretty big week. Lol looking forward to tomorrow again. Ty everyone here at 7 cups
