one small thing that would improve my day today is making some quality time to play video games, which help me with anxiety, stress and depression...

also, communicating with my family and friends!

If I could see her or maybe even talk to her but she's not at school today, I think she slept in. Which is good because she needs to sleep but I miss her haha
