something that made me smile recently was a dream that i had about my Grandfather doing well and being happy - i very much miss him...

something that made me smile recently was when my dad called me to ask if i was free to go out for lunch... i was so happy to see him!

Had really rough stressful weekend and my brother helped me to realize that I was making my stress worse and how to stop it from increasing. It makes me want to laugh lol. I have had such a hard time with it and he just pointed it out and it’s changing my entire thought process.. I had no idea he had such insight and it makes me smile .
