@Hope That 'you only live once' doesn't mean that relaxing and spending time looking after yourself isn't important. Days where you just want to binge watch a netflix show are still days where you will enjoy yourself. :)

What's something you wish you'd learned earlier in life?

  • When you're young and you have big worries,
    it's really important to find someone that you can talk to
    about the worries
    and how to deal with them

  • If you can't find someone appropriate to talk to,
    keep searching and you probably will eventually

  • If you don't talk things out,
    one can get stuck in a vicious cycle

  • If you do find someone to talk to that's helpful,
    things can get better very quickly,
    and one can get unstuck fast
