LinkedIn is useful for networking, but sometimes it feels like they make things more complicated than needed. Tried updating my profile and sending messages, but my account suddenly got restricted with no explanation. After searching for answers, I had to contact linkedin customer service to figure out what was going on. Took longer than I expected, but they eventually fixed it. Still not sure why it happened, but at least I can use my account again. Would be nice if their system was a little clearer!
