Hello, this is my first time doing the 7Cups internship and it initially requires 3 hours per week which is equal to 6 chats, I want to confirm that does a chat here means 30 messages or a single person because sometimes the chat time for one person goes as long as 1 hour or even longer, moreover if we have a session with a person we have already talked to within the week but do so again will it be counted?

yes 6 chats equal 3 hours
30 messages equal 1 chat
1 hour
2 chats = 60 messages
I am doing the internship and group support course .
Who do I contact about a possible user name change it have not changed yet but I summited the form
I thought with what going on it best for me to change the username
I finished the internship but I re took my group dynamic course for honors. I think my last of internship Friday. I host group course on 10/28 and no news yet in I graduated from course me I just had my username change,. How much long until keep update on if I graduated the group course? Just waiting on that before I can submit the final form. Trying get this all suited out before Monday

@Hope Hello, I am currently doing QLP trial week. I had a question regarding the 8 1-on-1 chats. Is it 8 chats with 8 members or 8 chats inclusive of talking with the same members on multiple occasions throughout the trial period?

You can list them under Internships or Education. Please list them as training programs (courses are different like time management)
I have to give minimum 3 hours per week for the student track internship program but this week I had my examinations going and I didn't even lift my phone up.i have like 25 chats done till now which is the overall of 2 weeks. Will my internship be cancelled?

No, you can always make up afterwards. We are only concerned with total hours completed. The weekly breakdown is what we recommend to stay on top. You can always do more one week, less the next week etc

Hello! Make sure you are logged into the email address that you used to apply to the program. Otherwise if you are not logged into your email, the links will give the error message.
