What is your idea of spending a balanced time on 7cups? Share your idea of how a good day looks like on 7cups, for you.

My idea of spending a balanced time on 7cups is you don’t neglect things in your life. My idea of a good day on cups is meeting people in group chats, greeting others, supporting fellow members and sometimes for me to be reaching out to people.

What challenges did you face in trying to strike that balance?

Sometimes I spend too much time on cups in one go and I sometimes get overwhelmed by it.

How did you try to deal with those challenges?

I am learning to take breaks (even for 5 mins); half the time I end up drawing on my iPad. Other times I end up going swimming (so that's 30 mins - 60 mins off of devices) and other times I nap or dance or go play some casual video games, or even hang out with my awesome pet miniature chihuahua named Snowy.

What are the benefits of improving your balance for the time you spend on cups?

The benefits of improving my balance for the time I spend on cups is that I have learnt that it is okay to step back and maybe even take a nap.

What message would you like to give to the cupsers who have come to be negatively attached to cups, in one of the many ways?

It’s okay to take time out for yourself, cups will always be here. (:
