Hello hello wonderful humans. Here's our last check-in for November, let's catch up each other on how we're doing!💚

You can answer any or all of the questions-- or just say hi! (:

🍁1. How has your anxiety felt this week as the weather gets colder?

🍁2. Are holiday or Christmas preparations adding pressure, or giving you something comforting to focus on?

🍁3. What’s one small thing that made you feel calmer during this autumn season?

🍁4. Is there anything coming up this month that you’re quietly worried about?

🍁Fun one: What’s your current cozy comfort—hot chocolate, warm socks, fairy lights, or something else?

🍁1. How has your anxiety felt this week as the weather gets colder?

Honestly, although the winter especially reminds me of times of when I was a teenager, to now as an adult. I'm hoping feel through my anxiety, and let the past be in the past, while embracing the current moment with new memories.

🍁2. Are holiday or Christmas preparations adding pressure, or giving you something comforting to focus on?

This year feels much more different. I don't know if it's because I've now been single for a year, or finally having time with family & friends again. But, I feel a lot more excited because I don't have any worries on my plate this year like I was last year and year before that.

🍁3. What’s one small thing that made you feel calmer during this autumn season?

I've started to embrace change a lot more better, and cope with my emotions much more frequently than I was a year or two ago. It has helped me gain clarity/reality a lot more without the anxiety getting in the way of things, and having time to myself again & with others.

🍁4. Is there anything coming up this month that you’re quietly worried about?

I think this has been a general anxiety feeling i've had for a while now. But, I might be moving away with my inhouse family to another province/state in the summer. Which means I will lose all my friends, my job and other family members. It's a very scary feeling, but i have embraced the idea a lot more. Since i've been needing to grow out of my comfort zone for a long time, and I want to express myself more than I was, or even find more opportunities out in the world.

🍁Fun one: What’s your current cozy comfort—hot chocolate, warm socks, fairy lights, or something else?

I love playing stardew valley, and drinking coffee. Lol
