Anxious for no reason, tired for no explanation
Lately I’ve been feeling anxious for no clear reason. Nothing serious is happening, yet I constantly feel scared and uneasy. My mood feels low, I’m losing interest in things, and some days I don’t feel like talking to anyone.
I don’t really understand why this is happening, but it feels heavy and exhausting.
If anyone has been through something similar or knows healthy ways to cope, I’d really appreciate your help. 💔

Anxiety can make you sleepy. Your body is running the show, it’s exhausting.
Something recently I’ve tried is when my thoughts start going, I get up and start moving!
And when I am doing something I start saying it out loud or in my head “I’m getting off the couch, putting my feet on the floor, walking to the kitchen” for example.
Grounding techniques 5/4/3/2/1 if I need it. Smelling the spices in the cabinet is always helpful.
And telling myself “I FEEL anxious” rather than I am anxious
most of all, focus on your breathing. Sometimes we hold our breath without realizing. I find it’s the tension and tightness in my muscles.

Hi @peachThinker662 💞
Thank you so much for the tips, they genuinely mean a lot to me. I'll surely try it 😊🌸
And actually anxiety has been completely disrupting my sleep. Even though my body feels exhausted and heavy with sleep, my mind just won’t slow down. It’s been almost a week since I’ve had proper rest, and the constant tiredness is starting to wear me down.
Trust me when I tell you, I have been there. Still have those nights. I use guided meditation to fall asleep.
It’s a vicious cycle. Sleep for your mental health but you can’t settle. But you’re tired. I feel you.
I really hope it gets better for you!!! ❤️

Yes, like Anxiety has been intense recently. Even when there’s no obvious cause, the weight feels real. I’m learning to sit with it, manage it, and believe that this storm won’t last forever.
I'll try all what you shared😊💞
Sending lots of Love❣️
Hugs*🤗💜
