Is there any way to have an appetite/trick my brain so that I can eat without feeling nauseous?

@edgeofsky

It's difficult to find an appetite when anxiety hits and puts your stomach in knots.  Don't feel like you need to eat a lot at this time - but do try some things that are comforting and soothing to you.  At the very least, get some liquids in to stay hydrated.  Tea, water, juice - maybe a smoothie if you think you're up to it.  Even having a bowl of ice cream might help.  Then you can work your way up to more substantial food - soup, toast, rice, some cheese...and go from there.

I get this way as well. :( For me personally, eating plain bread tends to help for a period of time.

I get this way too and I usually puke before, during, or after panic attacks. The only way to get my appetite back is to be by myself and calm down.

I hope you find something that works for you!
