How do you calm your anxieties?
@Lovely4864
Brisk walking, music, cold water splashes on face or just dipping my feet in water, watching a comfort show/ movie etc hehe. How about youu?🌈
crocheting or lavender/chamomile tea
@Lovely4864 Going for a walk, exercise, breathing, meditation, praying, shopping, listening to music, play video games etc.
@Lovely4864 music helps alot ❤ also art and craft, or sitting outside watching the sky and birds singing as they fly by ❤❤
This is lovely
I usually lay down and deep breathe. Close my eyes and imagine myself laying alongside the river stream on green grass with brisk wind blowing on my face. I smell fresh roses. I hear the water moving in waves, i feel the air on my face and hair, i feel mysekf slowly relaxing, all the overwhelming thoughts leave my body as i deep breathe. I stay there as long as i want. And come back. It helps alot. I write my anxious thoughts in my notepad. Then i respond to them. It helps too. I also go for a walk. Or order some healthy food. I hug my pillow and say soothing words to myself. All this helps me.

Breathing, and preparation. Never go unprepared.
@Lovely4864
slowly sipping cold ice water.
Brushing my teeth/flossing/any kind of distraction that feels routine but also productive and not too burdensome. Personally those are the quickest and I’ve found to be most effective and never felt anxious during or after.
Expressing things to people that need to hear what you have to say and eating foods that do not overstimulate me. I think it is easy to feel worse when you eat lots of sugar and junk food. It might feel relieving in the short-term, but it then makes you feel worse later.

@Lovely4864 I really like to run. when I'm under a lot of stress, I go outside and run at full speed for a couple of minutes. It feels like all the stress is coming out of me
