Overthinking and anxiety over lupus
I have lupus and RA along with crohns its been a year snd im in a flare i need a friend to talk to plz

I know how easy it is to overthink these diseases and symptoms, we wonder if we are overthinking, or not thinking enough, then we get frustrated and tired about the whole thing and want it to stop, but it doesn't, it just carries on and we collect more diagnoses. Often more than one condition is found and each one affects the others.
