Poem: You’re Doing Okay
You don't have to smile today,
Not if it feels too heavy.
Some storms are quiet,
Some tears are steady.
You're still here and that's brave enough.
Even breathing can feel tough.
By healing waits in small soft ways,
In messy nights and ordinary days.
You're doing okay, even if you're not fine.
Take it slow. You're on your time.
