This is a joke
Other the course of time I have repeatedly been logged out of my main account and when I thought I had the right email and password it is invalid. My email is connected to my second account so it keeps on logging onto this one while my main account keeps getting mixed up. Is it normal to get logged out of 7cups or is this an error? This keeps happening and it’s very frustrating and makes me want to flip a table. Anyways is there a way to fix this?

Maybe you could contact the help desk to report a problem and see what's going on for you.

@intellectualScarf1656 What do you mean by main account and 2nd account? Do you have 2 member accounts?
There's currently a glitch where the home page makes it appear as if you are signed out, but if you go to any link from there, things work as expected when signed in. Heather made a post about it, I'll see if I can dig that up. I'm not sure if that's what you're experiencing.
That could possibly be the problem. I do see the logged out screen and I have to resign back in every-time I see it . I have not tried links tho.

i did message the help center for this problem and hopefully this isn’t a unique problem. I have a main account I’ve been using since I’ve found 7 cups. Then I opened the app the logged out screen appears instead of the main page. This has seem to happen after a while of not being active on the app. Since this has happened I have created another account because I sadly am having trouble logging into my main. I have changed the password multiple times but it keeps leading me to my second account. I have changed emails too and still not budging :/
