@VickyP

Reading books and watching Netflix helps me a lot.

I do not talk a lot to my friends, but I text them sometimes when I feel anxious to talk about random fun things and the distraction helps me.

Duolingo is a great help too! I'm learning two languages and it makes me feel that I'm not so useless after all.

@whackanoodle

Reading, watching movies or shows, talking to friends when you need a mood uplift, and any form of distraction sounds like freak ways to feel more relaxed and reduce stress and anxiety. Learning a foreign language is a great way to improve our skills and it feels great to see our achievements and improvement. Learning two languages sounds amazing!

I have been cooking/baking a lot. Food has always been a comfort to me (as is indicated by my little mid-section jelly roll). :)

Running, stretching, and also watercoloring and sketching -- honestly any kind of art. I have been trying out needle felting and used to love making jewlery too! Singing along to music loudly also always helps me regulate my breathing a little better :)

I love music because it can raise our mood, make us feel calm and relaxed, and even allows us to feel nearly or possibly all emotions that we experience in our lives. It's great to hear that music helps reduce your anxiety and feel fulfilled! Thank you for sharing.

For me it's theater. Being in the environment with the people there reduces my anxiety by a lot.
