I'm often scared to leave the house. It's not healthy. I don't know how to make new friends or connect with old ones. I've tried everything.

@NeWay It sounds really tough feeling scared to go out and trying so hard to connect with people. You’re definitely not alone in this. 💛 Even small steps count, and it’s okay to take things at your own pace. We’re here for you, and this is a great place to start reconnecting with others who care.

@NeWay

Hi NeWay, this must feel isolating, especially when it seems like you’ve tried so hard to change things. I hope you are able to find a good and stable support system to help you work through this.

@NeWay Hi!

That’s sounds like a really hard position to be in, and it is completely understandable. It’s takes a lot of strength to admit that you have been struggling with this. Feeling disconnected and wanting to get out can be really hurtful, but by reaching out shows that you haven’t completely given up which is a great thing and a really strong place to start.

@NeWayI’m sorry you’re feeling this way. It’s really tough to face those fears. Have you considered talking to a therapist who can help you work through the fear of leaving the house? What’s one small step you think you might be willing to try to start reconnecting with others?

@NeWay i hear you that sounds really hard. feeling stuck at home and struggling to connect with people can feel so isolating. You're definitely not alone in feeling like you've tried everything. just reaching out takes a lot of courage, and its okay to take things one small step at a time, others here have felt something similar, so you're not in this by yourself
