@Krustythekrab Life is pretty short and uncertain. There are million types of people with million ideas. You cannot fit into all those at the same time. Some will be with you and some against you. That is where you need to support you and think about yourself. You have to develop yourself and fight against the evils around you. If you'll keep thinking about what others think about you then when will you start think about yourself ?? Think about yourself, live yourself and be proud for yourself. You cannot change others, but you can change yourself.

Some tips I can think of (on the top of my mind):
- They are human with their own faults, they are not lesser or greater than us
- We are human, same as them
- Looking at ourselves in the third person, or looking at ourselves in relation to others (for example, if a friend went through all this, what might I say to them? And I can say this back to myself?)
- There is no perfect way of doing things
- Things are open-ended, there is no right or wrong
- Learning to sit with thoughts (not necessarily fighting them off or giving into it) but just vibing with the thought, detecting patterns (to disrupt loops), etc.
