The Big questions answered
how can i know myself?
how can i know what is bothering me?
how can i know what the source of my anger is?
How can i know my issues?
What is the source of my depression, anxiety, stress?
Today i am presenting a way to answers these questions
We were always told that the first step to solve a problem is to identify it then analyze it, so in order to figure these out you need to dig deep through your history, and to understand this concept we should know that each year added to our life is new a layer added, so most of us end up with thick layers of dissatisfaction, disappointment, sadness, failure. Hence, we have difficulties to decipher these layers and decompose it to know what did go wrong?,
*Understand that we are defined by our thoughts, if our thoughts are troubles with all these layers of stress and anger, then definitely we will have troubled definition our self (low self-esteem, confident, perspective..etc)
