Vaccination anxiety
Going to finally do my part and get vaccinated today.. shots are not something that have affected me mentally before. But after getting covid last year, having a major panic attack, as well as an onslaught of various health issues at 26 years old I am TERRIFIED of getting this done but I know I need to. Luckily I have my prescription medication to calm me down before the appointment which is an hour away from now. I just don't want my previous physical ailments to return as they are just now starting to improve a little over a year later.. ugh..

Hi there! From what you've said here, you seem to be experiencing a lot of anxiety regarding vaccinations against the COVID-19 virus. Considering the fact that not only did you experience a major panic attack, but in addition, other health issues (at such a young age of 26 years old), no wonder you're terrified of getting the vaccine. I, as well as many others for sure, would be terrified to get one if they've gone through what you've gone through. And honestly, that's perfectly okay! You're not alone, there's so many people all over the world who are experiencing that same anxiety you're going through and dealt with the various health issues the pandemic comes with. It's good that you have your prescription meditation to calm you down, however. They must've really helped you during your vaccination.
@peachHuman26 there for you
