i find out that if i listen to music and wear sun glasses when I go out i feel better, i really hate when strangers look at me in the eyes, and I feel really bad when I am around many people, so i tend to not look at people in the eyes, never ever, it makes me sick, also I am not used to being outside, and this past 2 or 3 days I am going outside more, but to protect myself and to not want to vomit of having to deal with the same sick routine day in day out i wear glasses and I avoid eye contact at all cost.

@okeyyyy

Eyes are so strong and intimidating. Cliche as it is, there's no wonder people call them windows to the soul. So I don't blame you for feeling the way you do when you make eye contact. I remember my interviewing professor telling us to look at the bridge of a person's nose instead, mindblowing lifehack for me.

Good idea with the sunglasses. No eye contact + looking awesome = double win. Just keep doing what you're doing, going outside and powering through. Keeping moving and looking forward.

(I don't know if this sounds a little silly, but you could make a game out of it? Be Medusa, or the basilisk in Harry Potter. If you make eye contact with someone, you don't lose -- they do!)

@CarolineFCY thanks for all the encouraging words. The thing is that outside my house there are so many people and so much chaos, and its super overwhealming for me. So even if I go outside I try to stay away from main avenues, but basically lately its like most places have people, so I need places without people for me mind to relax, or places with more green :)

@okeyyyy I hear you. Sounds like your destiny is to live in a small town, or somewhere in the country. Less noise, less people, hopefully trustworthy people who respect your boundaries and comforts. Can you (or do you) put in earbuds and listen to calming music? Or headphones/earbuds just for the sake of noise-canceling.

@CarolineFCY yes, in the countryside would be awesome to live there. Well, it varies, sometimes I listen to music, but I am very particular about music, I listen to music like this one.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSJ0rW0d5AY

its called 8 bits music.

many times I listen to videos I donwload from youtube, now I listen to a lot of videos about how to get better at drawing.

Many times I am afraid of crossing the street, cause of the cars , many cars and people are insane, and it get me overwhelamed having to see houses everywhere, cars everywhere, people everywhere. I know i said it before :)

@CarolineFCY The game sounds interesting, but its that when I am outside sometimes I enter sensory overload and I cannot think straight.
