Trichotillomania
I was just wondering if anyone in the community also deals with trichotillomania, dermatillomania, etc? It’s something I’ve had since I was about 10 or 11. Can anyone relate?

Trichotillomania is hair pulling.
Dermatillomania is skin picking.

I have both! Although, my dermatillomania is a lot worse, lol.
Hi @MartianGirl347 I also have dermatillomania and have done for as long as I can remember. I often feel embarrassed and ashamed of it and I have so many scars from it but I don't know how to stop. I think it gives me a sensory relief but I've never really spoken to anyone about it.
