Hi everyone!
I don't necessarily know if I have bipolar disorder but my family believes I do. I don't necessarily want to be the person to not listen and deny something just because I feel like it doesn't fit so I've been trying to learn all I can about this disorder and all the types. I guess this is the start of my journey? I've been on medication for the last couple of years mainly to treat depression and some anxiety but none of it has really helped. I'm now on my first "bipolar" meds even though I haven't been diagnosed yet but I wanted to show my family that I actually care about what they observe in me.
