I was in one of those phases where I was frantically searching for a decent self care app and I found 7 cups. One of the greatest things that has happened in my life that I can remember.

My aunt suggested 7 cups to me😃 I was in a really dark place when she showed me the wonderful 7 cups, people here helped me get out of the darkness and im really grateful for that. When I was a little better I made a listeners account and it's been a great experience ever since. 🤍
