What is something you hate doing? Why?

@Hope I absolutely hate doing laundry. Lol. It is my least favorite household task.
@Hope Something I hate doing is (accidentally or otherwise) feeding into my negative thought cycles. I disengage from them whenever I can, after noticing them come up--I recenter on my values and tell those negative thought cycles: "I don't know you." <3 LOL

Anything food related- grocery shopping, cooking, deciding on what to eat from a menu... I have a long history of anorexia

Definitely washing up! I absolutely hate it, I try to avoid doing it 😀
Laundry and anything dish related. I hate laundry because I hate having to pace back and forth to put clothes away. I hate anything dish-cleaning related because my hands are sensitive.
