What's one thing you wish could be automated in your job?

• I want to automate a way to keep track of everything I need to keep track of.
• The goal is to
  make sure I do what needs to be done
  and make sure things don't fall through the cracks.
• Also the goal is to
  alert me in time so I have time to prepare and take action.
• I already set up a spreadsheet that alerts me when certain tasks need to be done.
• I also use a calendar to alert me.
• Eventually I'd like some form of ai assistant to keep track of things for me.
• I'd like to be able to chat with it too to help me think out planning issues.
• Of course I would have a back-up system besides an ai assistant for safety.
