what is the kindest thing someone has said to you?
@Clarisse29 after I was rescued a nurse would spend hours by my side keeping me calm, telling me stories of all sorts of things😁 she said she always wished she had a daughter named lola ❤. I had no identity at that point, so I chose the name lola 😁 when I was strong enough to leave the hospital she gave me a gift, a little glass cross with the words 'God loves you on' I needed to hear those kind words right then. I keep the cross in my bedside table, it's my most treasured item. So I just want to let you all know "God loves you" ❤ ❤

I've habit of keeping texts that make me smile because I never loved myself in the past. So, very often I don't appreciate myself enough.
A lot of people have told me that I saved their lives. And that was very kind of them. I know they saved themselves but my support meant something to them and that makes me happy. Also, made me feel strong whenever I was weak or didn't feel good enough. Someone told me that I'm good at everything I do and there's nothing I can't do. It may not be true but it definitely made me feel better.
And a girl once made a compliment on my smile and told me that I should keep smiling. A lot of people have been kind to me. It's sad how we remember the harsh words more. This post kind of made me emotional. 🤍

That's sweet. You know when someone says that, it means you matter to them and they don't want to change anything about you. And it's not a lie because it's a personal emotion and they do feel that about you🤍
