Our Favorite Affirmations

Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.
Do you have an affirmation that helps you? Please share it in this thread so that we can collect our favorite/most useful affirmations.

If you don’t like how things are, change it, you are not a tree, a tree is rooted to the ground, we can run, drive, fly and travel, must remind myself this, constantly to ebb closer to fulfilling big goals, stop majoring in minor things, it’s to major in major things.

It's ok not to be perfect. / My illness does not define me, my strength and courage define me. / Being sensitive does not make me weak. / I can't live a positive life with negative thoughts holding me back. / It's ok to ask for help.
Today I found that visualizing myself in a warm, comforting bath or orange liquid, just floating peacefully, then saying (either to myself or out loud) “I deserve to be nourished and nurtured. I’m open to and deserving of being helped. I’ve relaxed my whole body inside and out.” or something like that really helped me today.
well. That and about three hours of guided meditations and affirmations from YouTube. It’s been a jOuRnEy.

absolutely…
Ecclesiastes 7:3 Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.
Ecclesiastes 7:4 The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning; but the heart of fools is in the house of mirth.
Ecclesiastes 7:5 It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.
These help me a lot. Although one shouldnt always be sorrowful…

Majority of our stress comes from a mismanagement of money as well, as they say, money talks and bullshi*t walks.
Money isn’t everything but according to scripture it is a liberator, a tool, and a means of discipline. Our prayers and affirmations go hand in hand. Being contempt is what we are taught, but that does not deter our responsibilities of handling money. Affirming, meditating and praying on the proper use of money can also help us be free of certain distresses…
Psalms 112:3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
Proverbs 8:18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
Proverbs 13:7 There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.
Proverbs 11:16 A gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain riches.
Proverbs 13:8 The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke.
Ecclesiastes 7:12 For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.
Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men.
Proverbs 22:29
Proverbs 24:4 And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.
Proverbs 10:15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin.
Working week to week put aside a sum of your money and saving up so you are dependent on no one.
- Corinthians
Jim rhon said that success is something you attract, not something you Pursue, if you work hard on your job you can make a living, if you work hard on yourself, you can make a fortune. Books can show us the principles and fundamentals of living prosperously and wise, like most of these business men state, you can learn in a few days reading books, on finances, business, relationships and more in just a little while on which it took them decades to their entire lives to master. Learning from the dos and donts in life. Jim rhon though, although supported affirmations, he said actions are what is held highest.
Similar to Gautama Buddah who said, what good is it to read many holy books if you are not going to act upon them.
Read and learn, than apply what you have learned by steady practice, steadfast discipline and stern resolve.
Knowledge and wisdom go hand in hand.
