I am from India.. I wouldn't be able to list one yet I shall go with Biryani!

I am from India too! And you're right who doesn't love biryani here! 
but apart from that biryani with butter chicken is just pure heaven!

Coming from Indonesia, there are a lot of choices.. but one of my favourites is Gado-Gado.. a traditional dish of vegetables, eggs, tofu and tempeh paired with a creamy peanut sauce. Absolutely mouth watering! :)

In Malaysia, 'nasi lemak' is a popular choice. It's basically rice cooked with coconut milk, served with hardboiled egg, cucumber slices, fried anchovies, and a special chilli paste we call 'sambal'. It is traditionally served in a banana leaf that enhances its overall taste...but well, modern times, no banana leaf, sad. Here's a picture (which does not have banana leaf, golly):

@YourFriendforever : That's nice to know, hehe. Well, we have a mix of many cultures over here. Mainly that of the Malay, Chinese, and Indian. ^^ Oh, I enjoy eating some Indian food like Dosa, Dal (we spell it differently here though) and my number one fave: Poori which the pigeons seem to love. xD
