The tip is dont sit in blanket for long coz if you sit under blanket for long,you wont be ready to move out from it and that will make your day lazy and lazy and lazy and lazy. So,just get up,grab a cup of coffee and exercise or dance to keep yourself warm and warm and warmer. Dont try to be a lazy baby by avoiding baths whether its one day or two day or a week. 
But also dont forget to eat this in this winters
