Advice
What's the best advice you've ever received from someone, and from whom?
@DiogenesTheCynic it was from this tv show where they re talking about confidence and this character says 90 percent of life is confidence and the thing about confidence is no one knows if its real or not.
for someone who dealt with anxiety it put things into perspective on how i could just pretend to be more confident and it worked and i got over my anxiety to the point people around me dont believe it if i tell them i wasnt always confident.

I think it was from one of those finance Youtubers but I feel it pertains to life: Never take advice from someone you don't want to be like. Many people give unsolicited advice and I would let it get into my head. A lot of people love to talk but not all of them are equipped.
@DiogenesTheCynic I think it was from my sister, I was complaining how it is not our fault where we are born and that we don't have opportunities just like other people . But then she told me " I am happy I am born over here for I could have been born at a place worse than this and that opportunities don't exist they have to be created ".
@DiogenesTheCynic You can learn something from every person you meet, you need to be open to learning.
@DiogenesTheCynic I think anything my coach has said to me. Either it is about life or about the sport I play. For instance he one told me that sometimes even if you love something and you're good at it it's better to let it go for your own happiness even though you are scared of the thought of not having/ doing it.
in dificult times, "give yourself permission to be human" - by tal ben sahar in his positive psychology course at harvard (available on yt)
Forgiveness - forgive them for your own sake, not to let them go or forgive their crime, but to free you from the burden and baggage, you dont need to fix the world, its not your obligation. - from a community post like this on 7cups.

@DiogenesTheCynic wait and hope
