Gentle Note on Friendship and Connection 🤍

Hello everyone! 

I’d love to share two lines of Arabic poetry about the beauty of genuine friendship, loyalty, and staying connected:

​إِذا الـمَرْءُ لمْ يَحْفَظْ وِدادَ صَديقِهِ

فَكَيْفَ يُرَجَّى فِي الحَيَاةِ سُرُورُ؟

​وَإِنِّي لأَرْجُو اللَّهَ يَحْفَظُ بَيْنَنا

عُهوداً شَذاها فِي القُلوبِ يَعُودُ

​Translation:

If one does not cherish the warmth of a friend,

How can joy ever be hoped for in life?

And I pray that God protects the bonds between us,

Whose gentle fragrance always returns to our hearts.
