🌸🌷 Get Ready for Spring: Welcome to Spring "Mood Garden"! 🌷🌸
Hello, wonderful Around the World community!😃👋 I hope you all are doing awesome. It has already started getting warmer and of course we can't wait to enter this new season, right?😄 As we step into the vibrant and refreshing season of spring, it’s the perfect time to reflect on where we are in our mental health journey. Spring is a time of growth, renewal, and new beginnings, just like a blooming garden. Let’s celebrate the season and our own personal growth by creating a Mood Garden together.🌱
In this thread, you’ll pick a flower or plant that best represents how you’re feeling right now, or how you’d like to feel this spring. Each flower and plant symbolize different emotions or mental states. Whether you’re feeling energized, hopeful, or even in need of some growth, there’s a flower for you to express it!
🌸 How to participate:
💐 Choose a flower or plant from the list below that best represents your mood or mental state this spring. If none of these resonate with you, feel free to create your own flower or plant!
💐 Share why you picked that specific flower (if you’d like!). No pressure, this is about expressing yourself in a simple and fun way.
💐 Feel free to return and update your flower as your mood shifts throughout the season!

🌷 Here are some flowers and plants to inspire you: 🌷
🌻 Sunflower – Optimism, Happiness, Energy
🌸 Cherry Blossom – New Beginnings, Transitions, Growth
🌼 Daisy – Wholesomeness, Purity, Simplicity
🌷 Tulip – Renewal, Prosperity, Love
🌺 Hibiscus – Beauty, Strength, Passion

Let’s make this Mood Garden grow with each of your contributions! Feel free to comment on others’ posts, share encouragement, and connect through this beautiful reflection of our mental health during spring.🌸 Remember, this is a space to express yourself, and we’re all here to support one another as we grow through the season.🌻
Happy Blooming!🌷

@KindleMissie
This is such a fantabulous idea, MarvelousMissieee, love flowerssssss! 🥰
None of these exactly fit how I feel currently lol, perhaps because that's not entirely positive xD but I'm sooo tempted to pick all the flowers to set a mood for how I would want to feel hehe! A bouquet of flowers with each one of them and some extra sunflowers (because?! Duh! 😛) sounds absolutely perfect for me! 🥰💖
Good choice with the Lavender though!💜
🌿 Fern – Resilience, Longevity, Stability
These past three years have been the most difficult years of my existence to date. I am still being tested...stretched...and I am yet to see the end. Through it all I have remained resilient. I keep hanging on to life...just like the fern. I have fallen many a time but I somehow find my way back up...if even for a brief moment.
I long for stability in my life...something that seems far off for now. Through it all, I know that I will survive...just like the fern.
@MoyaDad beautifully expressed :)
@KindleMissie I am all about being Daisy Daisy 🌼 The transition between seasons is the time when I get that cozy joyous crrazyy and so much into embracing the simplicity of things, 🧡 Which is so unlike of me! My brain works in a way to try out new things but these times of the year I am just white rays with yellow discs lol 😂 Anyways, I just love this wholesomeness😂 Thanks for creating this wonderful post💗
@KindleMissie I picked the Poppy because I am in need of a year of healing, processing and just letting go, I have had a hard few years and now it is time for a regrowth :)
@KindleMissie
Hi Missie \(^-^)/ this is a very creative flowers symbolism idea! 🌾(*´◡`*)🌾
I chose 🌾 Wheat because i would like to harvest, to be productive, and to seek what spiritually fulfilled me ୧⍤⃝🌾
