...La Gato
"The cat" in spanish, the first thing that immediately popped into my mind. There's a novella with the same title, except its spelled "La Gata" Which I assume is the female version of gato (The main character is a woman after all).
Just an interesting fact.

My foreign word for today is:
un abrazo - Spanish meaning "a hug." I would say in Spanish, "Me gustan los abrazos." (yes I did Google that)
................ meaning, "I like hugs." <3 Platy
I speak a little spanish, but only a little.

Usted hermanes es bonita --- a rough translation of you're daughters are beautiful
I know its not all completly correct but im in the process of learning.
Hola! You are correct in saying that you are not all correct there :) But that is okay ... Learning is very good = es muy bueno!
From what I've learned, it seems that the Q: Como te llama? usually receives the A: Mi nombre es (insert name). But I don't know why AND that could be simply my own experience.
