1) How have your days been? Would you like to share anything with us? Days have been unhappy until today, when I slept until 9:00 AM
2) What have you done to take better care of yourself recently? Went to the dentist and had a crown put on my bad tooth.

My dentist is very good. No pain at all.
That is great! My tooth journey so far this year has been - redoing a root canal from about 5 years ago because they missed a root, then the infection somehow getting on the outside of the tooth which led to surgery where they cut through the gum and the bottom of the root to clean and refill it, knowing that the surgery only has a 30% success rate and the tooth may have to be pulled, and finally having continued minor pain in the area almost two months later. @Offmytrack
So.. third night waking up before 5am, 4:44am to be exact. I slept past midnight though, tried to study as much as I could so, I won't have too many material to read today. I think I'm still more of the night owl, I felt more awake when it was 11pm, than at 11am. A little bad news on my side, I just realized that for one of my courses, the weekly assignments are only given 3 full days to complete. They open Tuesday mornings at 8:30am and close Thursdays before midnight. That's a pretty tight time frame to get it done!~

they have been really stressful and anxiety packed days as a lot of important things are happening at school and I have to help manage them.

im on the student government at school and there are a lot of decisions that have to be made for the whole school and i dont think that im qualified to do it
I am not sure that anyone is ever completely qualified. The greatest thing that you need in student government is humility and trying to think through things carefully. It is obvious to me that you do that. You are going to make good decisions. @communicativeOwl9261
Things in my life have been going well, slowly getting better. Despite this I still feel like I'm drowning. I can't shake it, I continue to cry daily and I don't know why. I'm hurting but I don't know the cause.
Healing can look like that. Bad periods are not contingent on how the surface stuff of your life is going. This is not your fault. Keep talking to people.@NightmareSpider

My days have been really, really rough this week. I'm surviving, but I've made some bad choices and have broken down a lot. Just pushing forward as best as I can.

I've tried to be patient with myself, and to allow myself forgiveness for my mistakes, as well as days/time for rest.

Hi I’m Bri!
I’m new here and I just wanted to say that I’m the most proud of myself that I’ve been in a while. I’ve had a rough month of pushing assignments and projects to the back burner.
I finally caught up on everything!
It feels weird to be proud of myself for doing things that are just expected of me. However, considering the month that I’ve had, I’m going to let myself be proud of this. I need the confidence.
Anyway, I hope y’all can find at least one thing you can be proud of yourself for. Even when I’m at my most depressed and falling behind on things and not taking the best care of myself, I still find that I’m proud of how far I’ve come since starting depression treatment.
