Well hello there, friend!
1) I've got a lot going on still, but right now, I'm in quite a cheery mood! :D
2) On the downer side, I'm still getting stalked and harassed by my abusive family, with plenty of attempts at intimidation and threats of them taking me back by force. (<_<;;) On the plus side, I'm still safe with my friend who rescued me. Just the other day, I went out with him, my boyfriend, and my gal pal to get ice cream and boba! It was such a lovely time. <3
3) I can remind myself that a lot of good things have been and will be happening to me throughout my life! :D

It's good to know that you're holding good there even though things keep coming at you. Keep going! It must have been hectic for you to go through all of it at once. Are you holding up ok there. Is it still ongoing? It's good to know you have lovely time with your gal, friends and boyfriend. It isn't easy to keep going, but it does feel quite refreshing to be making progress again, even if it's at a snail's pace. Yes, it has been hectic, and it's still ongoing. I try to make light of it by imagining myself taking a defensive stance and telling my abusive family, "All right, I've had MY fun, so come and have YOURS!" XD No matter how discouraging the hectic moments may get, the good things encourage me to hang in there. I was feeling a bit lazy today- admittedly I was a bit productive earlier, but I started going "Meh" again- but now I'm going to try returning to some productivity with the reminder that I can pace myself, and that there will be days where I'll have them entirely to relax, so I might as well plug away now to balance that out. :) Thank you! <3
So glad to hear that things are moving in a good direction. I think that part of how you know that you are coming out on the other side of the abuse is that your family becomes a bit more belligerent. They know that they can't control you any more so they get angrier. It is great that you are being strong.@TheAutumnWitch

How am I really? Tired but in a good way. I've been staying busy but have the happiness of knowing that it's all worth it 💜
What can I do to bring myself joy? That's easy this week. We had a litter of kittens show up at our door. Of course we took them in to care for them. The joy part comes when after dinner, at the end of the day, we sit down to watch tv for about an hour. We bring the kittens into the living room and let them play before bedtime. It's a joy watching a kitten discover their own feet or their siblings tail, lol. It makes me smile to watch them and I hope someone smiled by reading about them 💜

I am not well to be honest. I want to enjoy my summer before work and stuff comes around but parental figures dont seem as lenient as I would want atleast a little bit not too much and I'm just sad in general everyday inside :( like come on I want to go out with friends like why cant I do that on summer of all times...it sucks

Hey, dear people! 1) I'm doing mostly fine I guess. I had a very tough week with many of ups and downs, but I managed it and so the median is good. 2) I'm started to open up about my depression and anxiety with my loved ones. It's very scary and new territory for me, for years I've pretended I am ok and everything is fine, but I can't and don't want to anymore. I am still petrified, nervous and relieved about it at the same time... 3) Sometimes it's some good food or a brand new plant. Sometimes it's my own progress in this fight. And sometimes nothing can bring me joy...
It is great that you are opening up. It is a scary journey, but ultimately a good one. Recognize that you and your loved ones will make mistakes along the way. But they want to support you because they love you and you are worthy of their love. Keep telling yourself that. @versatilePear4061
