1. Been sleeping pretty well, last night aside. My roommate's kid was screaming at Minecraft at 6 in the morning...
2. I need to get a couple of things done, let myself rest a bit, and hopefully play some video games. I've gotten really into the angry video game nerd game. 😁
3. I decided to grow out my facial hair for the first time ever. I'd never gone more than 2 days without shaving previously.
Kids definitely do scream at Minecraft a bit. Hopefully it won't start until later tomorrow. @Torean

It's good that you've been sleeping well, sleep is essential. Sorry about the kid though, maybe you can let him know it disturbs you? If possible.

1. How have you been sleeping recently?
I’ve been sleeping a lot. I frequently wake up to use the bathroom, but I’m able to fall back asleep. It’s good for me to sleep and rest because I have PTSD and two physical jobs.
2. What is something good you can do for yourself today? (Even if you don't plan on doing it)
I have been resting a lot and took time to vacuum and mop the floor. The cleaning was needed.
3. What have you changed your mind about in the past 6 months?
Too many stressful things to even say
I will be cleaning and vacuuming tomorrow. Go us!

1. How have you been sleeping recently?
Not very well. Monday I had stayed in bed almost all day to read and ignore my urge to self-harm. I woke up early Tuesday morning with bad lower back pain, and then did more of the same as Monday. Its far too early now and I'm mostly up because my back hurts and I can't sleep anymore.
2. What is something good you can do for yourself today? (Even if you don't plan on doing it)
I'll take a walk, even though I don't really want to. I have to go to the store. I could also finish doing the dishes.
3. What have you changed your mind about in the past 6 months?
Don't know.
Focus on the outside world when you are walking - the wind, plants, etc. It will hopefully make the back pain a little less. @integrityblues

Hi all,
1. I have been sleeping okay.
2. I can read 20 pages of the book I'm working on before bed-I don't know if it'll happen.
3. Good question...I think I have changed my mind regarding my parents' expectations of me in the last 6 months. I am a 31-year-old woman and they still treat me as if I am 17. I am home for Christmas with my fiancee, and since we aren't married, we are sleeping in different rooms. Although I have been very, very concerned about their opinions of me in the past, I am finding myself being more mad and less-able to tolerate their child-like treatment of me.
Good thoughts and vibes for everyone out there :)

I think it's admirable that you realize how you dislike the way your parents treat you, and you're ready to do something about it. Like you said, you're not a child anymore and they need to realize that.

1. I am not sleeping very well recently.
2. I planned on attending zoom guest lecture, which i m doing right now , so that is positive ..
3. For last few months i am trying to change my mind about if i need people or if i have to sail the boat on my own.
I am surely trying to change my mind about 'i can do all pending university tasks and can graduate'
