@linvi Wow, it sounds like your dad makes life hard. It sounds like you have a lot of concerns about maybe being autistic. I don’t know how you can answer that other than getting the opinion of a health professional. I kind of know from first hand experience what your home life must be like. It sounds pretty stressful. I’m glad you’re here on 7 Cups for support. There are a lot of caring people here. If you have been feeling like your in crisis it’s good to contact a crisis phone line and write down the number for any possible future use.

@linvi Wish I knew what to tell you, man...
I could say the usual soft soap, like "don't do it for god's sake!" or "you are seeking a permanent solution to a temporary problem", etc. But particularly this week, I'm pretty d*** depressed myself...am not in the best position to help you find your way out of the black fog. How can I lead you out of it when I am in the middle of it too? I cannot sit here & tell you things that I have a hard time believing, as that isn't too far from lying. I will not lie to you, no matter how pleasant it might sound. You deserve better than to be fed a pile of 🐂💩.

but that was scary enough that most of my time now is focused towards routine and trying to keep myself taken care of
