@TherealJake if you learn how to control it and minimize it and lower it you will feel better. But it won't go away. And it's very possible to not make it constant. I've learned.

@TherealJake I learned to try my best and look at the positive things. And no matter how hard some one tries to ruin my day I push passed it and smile. Yes, it is hard to be positive when having depression and anxiety. But like I have said before it doesn't go away. But a good cry once a day is very helpful for me because after I have cried I feel better especially when I decide to work out after. It helps to workout after because you start to feel better about yourself. You start to think more positive.

I've always thought of this black tar pit, kind of like in never ending story where the horse dies, but everyone is trapped in it to varying degrees, those that wallow in it, those that fight and fight as hard as they can, and those who are able to help others even though they themselves are having trouble, they see the pain others are in, I can honestly say that I have been in all of those positions, it's okay to flounder, to fail, to fall down sometimes, but it is never truly failure until you give up, until you quit. Never give up, never surrender. Keep on keeping on.
