One coping skill I use to manage my depression is....
draw, read, playing violin and wool sewing
Crying...sometimes it is therapeutic.
Talking with Noni.
Running, it helps to calm me down and let go.
Going for a short walk, does not need to be very long, 10 minutes 1/2 mile is fine.
Writting stories and listening to music

1. Watching great/uplifting movies.
2. Hearing my favourite music.
3. Writing (working on my first ever movie script).
4. Listening to speeches to enhance my speaking skills.
5. Building my fan-fictional universe, mentally.
6. Effectively spending time in 7 Cups.

I blast heavy metal on my headphones and draw.
I hike in the mountains.
And gratitude journal writing changes my mood when I am sinking.
