One thing my depression has taught me is.....
That I am something and I have so much to live for, even if it doesn't seem like it
That my emotions or my thoughts are NOT in control
.......................is that life does get better.
That if I stay strong and fight, it gets better and I know that I can be strong.
NOTHING YET.

The one thing my depression has taught me is that I shouldn't drag other people into it because I'm not worth people's time...
Most people don't understand or care.
that im nothing ...
Its difficult to see what depression has taught me since I'm still immersed in it, but i guess the biggest lesson is realizing I'm way more strong than I thought I was because I'm still alive. I fight my fears every single day and I live a never ending battle with my own mind, still having the cold heart to pretend I'm not about to collapse, still being able to help the ones I love when they need. I have survived all my crisis, all my rock bottoms and all the times life felt meaningless to the point I didn't want to have one. And, above all, I still have the courage to get better, even if at times I feel completely alone. Depression has taught me that even in my worst days, I'm still brave and incredibly strong, I still deserve love and kindness and everything that is good in the world, despite the fact my mind doesn't want me to see it.
That it is important to be grateful for everything you have and live to the fullest you possibly can while you have the chance
