I wouldn't really call it nightmares, because I'm not terrified when i wake up. However, my dreams are always super vivid and tiring, and I always wake up tired as if my dreams are keeping my brain active? If that makes sense...

And then at other times I just lay awake for hours, it depends.

Its hard to sleep peacefully is what i mean

@River It has affected my slleping habit/pattern because I either don't sleep at all or I only get 4-5 hours of sleep. Lately I only sleep twice a week with 8-10 ish hours of sleep

idk if it's just me, but I'm super anxious during the day and have been sleeping WAY too much-- and yet it never feels like enough sleep. It's really hard for me to get out of bed.

I get racing thoughts and those thoughts come with feelings. Gives me bad insomnia.

Sometimes I can go a full day or two without sleep. Other times I find myself so exhausted I can't get out of bed for almost the whole day. I never really found a connection to what causes what for me yet. I have anxiety and depression so maybe it's just one dominating the other.

It can be rough sometimes going to work on 2 hours sleep or laying in bed wishing for literally anything to give me a desire to move.

@BunnyInSeattle

I sleep but just on an abnormal basis. So I can fall asleep at like 6am and wake 1300 or sleep 5pm and wake 4am.
