@Rose New to both 7cups and the depression subcommunity. It's a bit awkward to have a community around topic like that but I like how a place with ppl who fight the darkest thoughts seems to be so incredibly friendly!

@Michaelj4500 Have you tried connecting with a listener 1-on-1? You can talk to one that is online here (look for someone with their status set to green)
