Weekly Check In Sept 17 - 23
This last weekend was kinda ugly here, wet snow that just made things fairly mucky and while some of it was sticking around it didn't give a nice fresh coat of white. So I was thinking to counter that and the things some of you may have found ugly this week to share the beauty around you!
So what's around you that's beautiful? Share pictures if you like, or just describe what's there!

For the past few years I have had progressive hearing loss... And I find myself at a loss for words when it comes to how rude people can truly be when they think you can't hear them. I mean just because I'm using sign language doesn't mean I can't fully understand you. Has anyone else had that type of issue? Do people go out of their way to treat you differently?
@LaMeFleur For me things are more hidden, but I have had people behave inappropriately when it has come to meeting my need - without a reason for their behaviour.
Is anyone else here deaf or heard of hearing? I've been having trouble finding a welcoming place and would love to be pointed in the right direction. ❤️

Some of the beautiful things - stuff from my garden. Most of it isn't out there anymore, but I have a group of colourful squash in my kitchen and some beans changing from bright red to purple as they dry.
I would also describe some of the relationships in my life as beautiful - seeing a supportive friend, the love between my husband and me.

Hope everyone is doing well!!
I had my 53rd Bd ugh lol but I made it through even with a headache and some back pain and missing my loved ones that have passed away , this is my first Birthday without a Parent and my furbaby who was with me through 15 birthdays but I am making it through and remembering that I will see them again!! :)
I was dropped my NP that comes to my home they stopped that service so I will not have to face leaving my home as someone who suffers with Agoraphobia, and uses a wheelchair with a bad back which is not fun at all but i HAVE too do it !!! My health both physical and mental matter!! I am ready to face what lies ahaed!!!
Its cooler here and the leaves are falling off the trees which brings me some saddness I love the beautoful green trees and flowers, soon snow will fall... then i will worry about my hubby my son my daughter inlaw who all have to travel in the snow to work and to college.
The Time change Is something that really messes with me so I wanted to ask does it with anyone else? I want the time to stay like it is and not fall back.
