Is there anyone who is actually happy with their condition?
Hi,
Is there anyone happy with your condition and how you are?
For example, imagine that you are in a wheelchair and dependent on the care of others. You can't work and to be happy that you don't have to clean the flat (your caregiver does it for you), that you don't have to carry the groceries in your hands when going from the supermarket (your caregiver does it for you), that you needn't wake up early and to be exposed to work stress (you are disability retired or on disability benefits)?
Is there anyone like this? You don't have to be in a wheelchair. The only thing you need is to be disabled somehow and unable to do something, albeit a really minor thing. What a healthy person can answer this question.

@klemen There are people who see positive things in their disability, for example, that they needn't to clean flat themselves as their caregiver does it for them, but i wouldn't tell that it means that they are happy with their disability but that they accept their disability well. It is awesome and very positive to accept your disability and yourself as you are and to see positive things and aspects in your disability.
@klemen hope your ok and glad to hear from you again. That is a good question. Are you happy with your condition? If your saying a disability of any kind then for me I'm not but I learnt to manage with depression and anxiety. I get anxious on my own times but able to deal with it by going out and walking. Going somewhere. To the shop helps me. I like buying stuff. Makes you happy I guess. It's gratuide but feeling worthy of doing these things. Giving yourself self care a deserved treat doing things what will make you happy as make you feel good. Your disability doesn't need to change that. Anyone would understand with a disability physical or not what it's like. I try manage by reaching out to people. I go quiet if I'm lonely depressed. My bf gives me what I need when lonely but when he's not there I'm stuck. I work too but when I'm not at work I do normal things like others do in spare time like reading books what help me, practical stuff what will make me feel better. Being around others so going to the shop. If haven't spoken to anyone in the shop it's fine. I know I've been out and done it. It's the little goals what can make a difference and putting in the work can pay off. Just don't be alone or isolate yourself. It don't help. Please talk to someone and get your independence back.
@klemen I am
@KyloRenFanGirl9905 I am glad that you are happy with your condition.
@klemen I can't say that I am happy to have disabling condition.
@klemen
I am not happy to have my condition but I find I can find ways to live within my limitations and create a happy life there. My friend told me to "bloom where you are planted" When I look at it this way I am more inclined to live with my condition and be happy anyway.
@BlindGrapefruit @klemen Agrees with BlindGrapefruit.
@BlindGrapefruit i am glad that you find ways to live happy life within your limitations.

Hello BlindGrapefuit, the sentence ''bloom where you are planted'' is a really lovely and supportive message.
Glad to hear you are aware that the condition does not define you, even if it's something challenging.
Nice to have friends like yours, they are a blessing!
Take care
