What helps to ease your anxiety due to chronic illness and what gives you strength in your weakness?🤕❤️🩹
Hello world and this community🙌🏻🍀of 7cups💙
Came here last year when I was sick unable to wake up from my bed past 6 months … or last 6 months were terrible and I felt hopeless even my family left me alone😭💔 lack of support and love made it very hard for me that time (started sep2021-2022) as my condition got worse… now we’re going monthly visitations to doctors I love them with all my heart😭🙏🏻❤️they’re my angels☺️
I had tough childhood (abusement🤕❤️🩹🙌🏻💔😭) bullying at school staying homeschooled due to huge back pains, graduated last year from high school and now or currently at home hopefully we will get a disability insurance for me in the new year the new doctors which we transferred early this year are wonderful😍🙏🏻🤗 being at home 24/7💙🤕🙌🏻 patient with chronic illness and disability&autism💚 (before my back pains were killing me😭⚡️)
This is my life in short🤕🙏🏻❤️🩹 I have chronic anxiety disorder it doesn’t want to leave me like a bird in a cage (but it’s my body) 🐦 and I can’t release it😭 the fears are just too big I pray to God and trying to stay strong if you have any tips or disability hack please feel free to share💕 as it may help me and others🙌🏻😭🙏🏻💙
With that I wanted to say I had problems with seizures and other chronic illnesses as well as not being able to take care of myself (that now is getting better) thankfully🙏🏻😭❤️🩹 I had shortness of breath almost every day and fatigue that still is here from time to time but last year every single day was dark and sad for me… heart problems like palpitations, total weakness unable to do anything…I feel with all disbled people who have it hard🤕🙌🏻 suffering and pain became my daily challenges. I don’t know if it ever ends or will end…But I want to stay strong💕😭for me&for doctors that believe in me😭🙏🏻❤️🩹you know💚💚💚 that’s it for now, stay strong warriors💕Your Dawn💙
@livbinny Things that have helped me are getting some answers, that's been slow but it has helped to know why some things are happening plus I now have tools to help some problems. Working with doctors who work with me helps with this too unfortunately medical gaslighting isn't all that infrequent.
I try to work with my body instead of against it. Keeping triggers I can control under a certain threshold, scheduling breaks, allowing for rest.
